Upload File(s)
NOTE: Uploading Files DOES NOT Place An Order
You still need to send an e-mail to info@downdigusa.com with your order information (account number or nickname, job(s) you are ordering, quantities, etc.). These files will stay in the repository until the art department knows which order to link them with.Make sure your files are prepared correctly
Please read our Artwork Guidelines first to make sure your files meet our requirements to prevent delays. We have templates for Illustrator and InDesign which we highly recommend that you use."By uploading these files I certify that I am authorized to utilize any design/art/photograph(s) being supplied in these files to Downtown Digital USA for purposes of fulfilling an order. Further, I will indemnify, hold harmless and agree to defend Downtown Digital USA, its employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries and vendors from any suit, claim or demand arising from the reproduction or use of the material supplied by me."
How To Send Us Files:
• Exact Repeat If this is a job we have printed previously and the artwork does not change you do not need to send the artwork again; just make sure to send an order to info@downdigusa.com.• Orders vs Quotes You can send files for either Orders or Quotes; the art department does nothing with the art until they get instructions from the ordering department.
• Templates Make sure that you have used our template(s) to prepare your artwork, and that they are kept on the template layer (not on the live layers).
• Jobs If your order contains multiple jobs, make sure each job is in its own file(s) and upload each job separately.
• Upload The link below takes you to our WeTransfer page; this is our private storage area for files and proofs. You can send up to 200GB in one transfer. You may need to verify your email address (once) if you've never sent us files before.
• Title For the title, put something that helps us connect this artwork to your account/order/job.
• Message Use this area for questions/comments you want the art department to be aware of; this message does not necessarily make it to the order department, so details about your order or this job still need to be directed to them.
