How to Contact Downtown Digital USA

We are a manufacturing facility; there are many times throughout the day where office staff works on the floor, making it difficult to hear the phone ring. However, we understand there are circumstances where you may need to talk to someone about a job that has already entered production, so we offer the following contact options:

Pick Up:

If you requested to pick up your order, please look at your invoice/e-mail, and it will tell you where on our campus to go. We have 3 locations depending on how large your order is:
• Vestibule (for small orders); this is the glass "lobby" at the front of our building, and it is open 24/7/365 (no need to tell us you are here)
• Portal (for heavy orders that may need assistance); this is the "garage door" on the front of our building. Ring the green buzzer, and we will open the door and assist you with loading. (Portal is available 2:30pm to 4:00pm.)
• Main Bay Door This is the large "dock level" door on the side of the building; pick-ups from this door need to be scheduled. You must have a dock-level truck, or we cannot let you load from this door. (Pallets are loaded by jack; we do not have a forklift, so make sure there is room for us to maneuver inside your truck.)
